Our shipping costs are not only simple, they are downright reasonable!
US/Canada:
All regular retail orders within the US or Canada ship for a flat rate of $3.95 $1.00 CAD. If your order totals $100 $50 CAD or more (excluding taxes, shipping or promotional coupons) then your shipping is FREE!
From time to time we may list items that are heavier or bulkier then our normal products and may not be included in our free shipping offer. In those cases, it will be clearly noted in the item description that additional shipping charges would apply.
NOTE: Wholesale orders are charged at actual shipping rates and are not eligible for free shipping.
International:
International orders are shipped at a flat rate of $6.00usd for up to 8 pieces (i.e. - 8 40 packs of Swarovski crystals) and $9.50usd for any larger amount
Orders will ship via First Class lettermail or Expedited parcel dependent on size of order.
If an online tracking number is available for your shipment, we will email the tracking number to you when your shipment is sent so that you know it is on it's way.
