Opening an Account:
In order to qualify for wholesale pricing, you must be a legitimate reseller or designer with a business licence and/or vendor’s permit (i.e. resale certificate, pst certificate, etc.) If you do not currently have an account with us, sign up here and enter your company name and tax id. Then you will need to either:
- fax a copy of your business licence or any other type of document confirming you as a business to us at 1-604-746-2582, or
- scan a copy of those documents and send the scanned image as an attachment to info@corbeeta.com (.jpg or .gif please!)
If you already have an account with us and would like to change to a wholesale account, please send us the information as described above, along with your name and email address, so that we can find your account.
Important: All shipments to addresses in British Columbia will be charged PST unless you provide us with a PST certificate. We only give PST exemption status to wholesale customer accounts.
Once your information is forwarded to us, we will normally establish your wholesale status within two business days, often much quicker. Once you are approved as a wholesale customer you will need to logout and log back in to view your pricing.
Minimum orders, shipping:
The minimum wholesale order is $90cad (about $75usd).
Shipping is at cost plus $1.00. Because of the low markup on our wholesale pricing, we do not offer free shipping. Sometimes our shopping cart will err on the high side for shipping rates, in which case we will refund the difference to you when your order is processed.
All shipments within Canada will be shipped by Canada Post, service dependent on the size and value of the order.
Shipments valued at $200 or less to US addresses will be shipped within the US via USPS, normally by priority mail. Shipments valued over $200 to US addresses will be shipped from Canada.
Payment:
You have the option of paying in US or Canadian funds. Currency exchange rates are updated nightly and are based on current buy rates. The Canadian dollar is our base currency so the US rate will fluctuate a little each day.
We accept Visa & Mastercard. We are happy to accept your business or personal check but shipment will be held until payment is received and the check has cleared our bank (typically 7 to 10 business days). Money orders are also welcome.
